What a beautiful connection - the hands of these Stillmore residents holding stones sent from all over the world that others have held....had a connection to at some point. Wow!

I am so glad that this is all coming together. I was planning on making the trip for Art in the Woods, but it is my sis's 40th birthday in Memphis...so my stone will be on the way :)

Desmal - Your photographs of the hands are wonderful! It was my loss that I could not make it to the Art in the Woods installation last Saturday. Having seen your pine forest gallery, I expect Saturday's nice weather made for a perfect compliment to your art in that setting. Come for a visit in my garden and tell me all about it. Thanks for your sharing your stories with me. From

What a peaceful day it was.....art in the woods had a very special touch as peace was remembered around the world from a small town in Georgia and hands on art was taking place in the pines....thank you for putting peace in my heart and letting us all share it with the world

I can't wait for art in the woods next year...
