dark halls and quiet trees

I was able to spend some time in Stillmore this week. Wandering familiar trails, connecting with a comforting space. Smallscapes were created as I explored creek beds abandoned by water.

Color is excellent - but I'm particularly drawn to the precise depth of field. It summons the eye to examine only that portion of the image shown in perfect relief.
