a storm is moving in. the air is cold, sharp. the earth is solid below each footfall. the seasons are in flux.
The exhibition catalogue for the About- From- For Nature (Geumgang Nature Art Pre- Biennale 2005) exhibition recently arrived in the mail. The catalogue is beautiful. The work inside is engaging. I am honored to a part of the exhibition. If I am able to take part in the exhibition next year, I shall certainly find a way to attend the opening.
My head is running over with ideas. I was able to purchase casting materials today and will soon begin to experiment with the process. Hoping to create some works derived from dreams.
I am engaged in the process that change is evident and needed. Civilization..awakening. Limited resources, border conflicts, body counts, development, consumerism, just to name a few. The system in general is flawed...
