Whats the word...the word is 'create.' The time is approaching for 'creation hibernation' or winter break. A time to bog up in the studio and create some work...a time to create new adventures in faraway lands...and a time to create conversations with family and friends.
The cold winter wind is blowing by and I have yet to shoot the Holga, which is very untypical of my creative rythms- I need to venture out, grasp the 120 film and the plastic wonder known as the Holga and go create some images. The other puzzling item is the polaroid process I was at one time so attached to and have now put down, for one, the expense of the process, for two, I fear that it was somehow physically ailing me...my hands began to ache each time I worked. But the images I was creating with that method were unique, they had the storytelling ability that I seem to missing with my current work...that is scattered. I have created some books using the Apple iPhoto program...they have been entertaining. The story though, that is what's relevant, that, and the experience...a work I put down some years ago dealing with wax and a tea ceremony I am rethinking, and hoping to put back in motion for the Spring exhibition. There is still that drive to create daily, constantly evolving...I will upload more pics soon.

Ah, but I was so much older then,I'm younger than that now.

Ahh how we have conformed to the digital revolution and ran with it only to forget the process that brought us there in the first place. It is the small things that I learn from you that make a big difference in my life. Muscle Memory is a beautiful thing it never lets us forget how, it only reminds us how long it's been. Stay Pure.
"Drunken Angel"-side note of what I'm listening too now. peace_D
